  What can I say about the service that I received from Pat Hayes? I could talk about the attention of detail, the high quality work, the reasonable rate, but most of all what really stands out for me is … More his dedication to getting it right and not cutting corners. Pat is laser focused on doing the job correctly but also he is very smart about seeing the bigger picture and realizing that if you're going to do X, while you're in there you might as well do Y and he's always right and it makes for a better end result to the project. And this isn't Pat trying to find things to do so he can charge more money, he's absolutely customer focused when he makes these recommendations.
  He is prompt, shows up when he was a supposed to and doesn't quit till he's cleaned up any mess. A++ would use again.

Pat is extremely meticulous in everything he does to ensure that everything he works on his completed 100% correctly, the first time. His willingness to clean his job site before leaving each day just showed that he sincerely cares about the work he does. I had been … More looking around for someone to come do this for MONTHS and also had many failed attempts. I told Pat I needed the railing done sort of quickly for insurance purposes.
  Not only did Pat come by that day, he also emailed me an estimate that day, and said he would be able to get the work done by 5/8. Even better, he wound up coming earlier because he said he finished with his other job! He did an amazing job! I’m so happy with the work! He was very prompt and accommodating to my scheduling and very nice! I will definitely be using Hayes Home Services for some future things we need done around the house.

  He installed a garbage disposal, readied the space for a dishwasher and w/d to be installed shortly by him. Did a couple odds and ends around the house and picked up the flooring to lay new on the second floor and add baseboards.
